Proposed By-Law Changes for 2014

Article X State Championship Tournament Section 3 Paragraph d

Currently reads:  State Championship Tournament entries, with entry fee payment, must be submitted at least twelve (12) days prior to the

 scheduled date of the tournament.

Suggested change: State Championship entries with entry fee payment must be postmarked by April 1 of that tournament year.

Reason:  To give the Tournament Director ample time to sort and assign entries.

Article XI All FSHPA Tournaments

Addition of:

Section 11.  All pitchers competing in any sanctioned tournament must wear a sleeved shirt with last name lettered on back of shirt.  First

name must be on left front of shirt or above pocket.  Sleeveless shirts are not allowed to be worn.
